All are welcome to join us on our group runs.
We are sure you will eventually you will want to become a member!

Simply let someone know it's your first time, and you will be ready to experience the JSRC group run.

Long Branch, Windmill
We meet at the Windmill across from Seven President's Park in Long Branch at 6:00 p.m. (6:30 in summer) We do a 4-6 mile run along the boardwalk and around Lake Takanasseee passing the Dr. George Sheehan Memorial.

Rise n' Shine | Thursday mornings 6:00 a.m.

The JSRC is pleased to announce our newest group run. Going by the name "Rise 'n Shine", it's geared toward runners who like to get up and get their run done before starting their work day. They meet every Thursday around 6:00 a.m. on the boardwalk in Belmar, near Dunkin Donuts. 

Meet at: 16th Avenue & Ocean Avenue, Belmar    Members and non-members are invited to join in on the run.

THURSDAY GROUP RUN  PLEASE NOTE— returns to CONVENTION HALL

6pm Thursday November 15            Convention hall Asbury Park

The Thursday group run is now meeting at Convention Hall in Asbury Park . Our run starts at 6pm.

We usually go 4-6 miles on the well-lit boardwalk which is a very safe place to run. Occasionally some will extend the run for 8 miles. We have a steady group comprising all paces & experience levels. All paces are welcome.

We usually go out to dinner afterward, so bring your appetite as well!

SUNDAY

SUNDAY
Bodman Park in Middletown
Meet at Bodman Park just off Navesink River Road at 8:00 a.m. Meet at the Clubhouse (Market Street, Middletown). Groups run from 6 to 22 miles mostly on trails through Hartshorne Woods Park & Huber Woods & the surrounding areas with scenic views. There are plenty of hills and it's a perfect run for marathon training. There are water stops & refreshments at the end. There is also the opportunity to walk on Sunday mornings.
